Before you read any further, please understand that if you buy this auction you have to let me know what size jets you want. If you don't know, then you will have to let me know the year of your corvair and engine size. If you can't do that, please contact me in advance before buying the auction. Otherwise, i won't be able to meet the shipment times listed. You might be surprised as to how many buyers can't do this, so please help me out. This is for a pair corvair rochester h and hv carburetor main metering jets. If you order "2", you will get 4 jets (2 pairs, not my fault). The difference in these and others you might find on the internet is that these are correct for all year carburetors because they have the correct 60-degree short taper approach (fuel entry) angle, unlike many "generic" jets that are on the market and ebay with a 90-deg. Or 60-deg. Long taper or who-knows-what approach. Your carburetors won't work the way they were designed if the jets are not tapered correctly. They will be shipped first class, unless you need them sooner (and you are willing to pay the upcharge for priority mail) just let me know the size you want from .045" to .070", and i can get them in the mail the same or next day. I will also include tips to remove the old jets, as they can often be from stubborn to "impossible". I have been getting them out for over 15 years now, so i know what will work and what will simply make it harder for you. The old "tried and true" method of whacking them with a large screw driver and hammer usually doesn't work any more if you are dealing with the originals because of their longevity of installation or because someone before you tried and failed. If you are not sure of the size you want or need, these are my recommendations for daily drivers using the high octane gas available today: year size 1960-1963 .050" 1964 95 .051" 1964 110 .052" 1965-1969 .052" secondary .050" if you live at 5000' or more above sea level, you should opt for .001" smaller....
